All packages shipped out will be via a trackable method. Once our shipping company forwards the tracking number to us, we will, in turn, send you the tracking number via email. Please see below for the estimated shipping times for your country/region.

- Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Spain, France, Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and to all other countries ~ 18 to 35 business days.
- Lebanon, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Kuwait, Russia, South Africa ~ 20 to 45 business days.
Important note: Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. Every once in a while, we do experience heavy international shipping volumes, especially during the holiday seasons. Also, do note that customs in some countries do take longer times to clear and scan incoming packages, which explains the difference in the estimated shipping times stated above.
Order Processing times
Please note that Order processing time must be added on to shipping times, to get the total time taken for you to receive an order upon placing it. Most of our orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, but it can take up to 4-5 days for the tracking number to become active. This time varies depending on how long the shipping carrier takes to process and activate the number.
We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, please send us an email at Support@freakyinventions.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order and we will do our best to ensure that we can provide the best customer service to you.
Orders that are unable to be delivered
All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one - where is my order?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way..
If your received package seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! We do ship orders in multiple/separate packages every now and then, due to weight restrictions and also to facilitate faster shipping once an item is located in our warehouse. Simply send us an email at Support@freakyinventions.com and we'll take care of it right away.
Why have I not received ant order confirmation details
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Kindly note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered packages. Once the package is already assigned to your local post office for dispatch we no longer have any physical control of the product and post office will be the new entity responsible for the delivery. In an event of mail carrier failure, Please contact your local carrier directly with any concerns or questions.
Incorrect shipping address?
Once your order has been submitted, please send us a message via email for any correction to the address you provided. Correction requests after 24 hours will not be entertained and may result to undelivered packages. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order.
Once your order ships out and our database updated with your online tracking number, we'll send you an email with the online tracking information which you can use to track your package. If 5 business days have passed and you still have not received this email from us, please send us an email at Support@freakyinventions.com and we'll check it out for you right away.
